The full line up for the Arlington Arts Festival that takes

Arlington Arts Festival
place from Friday 8th July until Sunday 10th July has
been confirmed.
Arlington Arts Group has taken part in shows as part of the
Hailsham Arts Festival for the last 2 years and in 2010 ran a pop-up Gallery as
part of the Festival in an empty shop in Hailsham High Street and this is the
first time they have set up a full arts festival.
The festival takes place at various locations around the
villages of Wilmington, Berwick, Alciston, Selmeston and Arlington and features
a wide variety of different events and exhibitions.
Art at The Wishing Well Tearooms will see paintings,
sculptures and jewellery exhibited on each of the three days between 10.30am
and 4pm.
'Seven Up' will see contemporary art exhibited at St Mary
& St Peter Church in Wilmington from seven different artists on both
Saturday and Sunday. Tea and Pimms will be available in the afternoons.
Linda Hallums will give a talk entitled "The 20th
Century Bloomsbury Murals" at Berwick Church on Friday 8th July from
11am.
A Cajun Festival night will take place on Saturday 9th
July from 7pm including Cajun dancing lessons, Cajun food and live music.
