Hailsham school closures on November 30th

East Sussex County Council (ESCC) has confirmed that some schools in the Hailsham area will be closed on Wednesday 30th November, the day that the unions are planning a day of action over there concerns on public sector cuts and the changes to public sector pensions.

Two Hailsham schools are likely to be affected by the public sector strikes on Wednesday
It looks like the majority of schools and other services in the Hailsham area will run as normal but two schools are confirmed as closing for industrial action on East Sussex County Council's website. They are Polegate School and Hailsham Community College.
